Records are available to be obtained from the Henderson Police Department. To request records, you may call and request the Records Custodian, email your request, or stop by the lobby at the police department. Report turnaround is typically 24-48 hours and is a printed copy of the report requested, available for pick up or to be returned by mail to the individual requesting the report.

There is a fee of $5.00 for each report request and this fee can be paid by cash, check or money order to Henderson Police Department, payable at time of request. 

Open Records Requests

Depending on the type of request, you may be redirected to the City Secretary's Office for an Open Records Request. This request must be fulfilled by the City Secretary's Office and must be returned to the individual requesting it within 10 business days.
