NOTICE OF FIRST PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:
The City of Henderson, Texas proposes to institute annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include the following described territory, to-wit:
Lot 3 Block 558, 25.119 acres
of the HEDCO-BRADY Subdivision
Unit NO. 2
A public hearing will be held by and before the City Council of the City of Henderson, Texas on the 21st day of March 2023 at 6 o'clock P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers of the City of Henderson, Texas, located at 300 W. Main Street. For all persons interested in the above proposed annexation. At said time and place all such persons shall have the right to be heard. Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the things and matters herein mentioned, will take notice.
